Smithgall Woods is only 2 miles from Little Andy Mountain! This one-stop-shop per say has everything you would need or want to do in a day! Whether it is hiking or fishing, this place has it all!
We often have friends visit from out of town since I am from South Florida, my husband is from Washington and we have lived in Jacksonville & Germany... we get a lot of visitors. With that being said, I figured it would be helpful to plan out an ideal long weekend we would spend with friends!

Hiking has always been a thing my family and I have enjoyed since childhood through adulthood! We have done everything from family friendly to strenuous and everything in between. We are so blessed to be surround by SO many awesome hiking trails in North Georgia. Here is a list and personal description of the trails we love!
